Every repair we complete is covered for 90 days — the part we supplied and the labour we performed. If the same fault comes back inside that window, we return and put it right and you pay nothing. This page sets out exactly what that covers, what it does not, and how to claim. It forms part of our terms of service.
The warranty covers the specific repair named on your invoice: the part we fitted, and our labour in fitting it. If that part fails or that same fault returns within 90 days of the work being finished, we come back, diagnose it again and put it right. There is no call-out fee, no labour charge and no charge for the replacement part.
It applies to every appliance we work on — refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, cooktops and ovens — and to every customer, with no registration step. Your invoice is the warranty.
An appliance has many parts, and fixing one does not make the rest new. The warranty does not cover:
If we told you at the time that a machine was near the end of its life and you chose to repair it anyway, that repair is still covered — but the rest of the appliance is not.
Call us and say it is a warranty visit. Have the invoice date or the address the work was done at, and tell us what the appliance is doing now — whether it is the same behaviour as before matters, and it saves the technician time.
Warranty visits are booked the same way as any other job and get the same arrival window. Stop using the appliance if continuing could make the damage worse or cause a leak.
The technician checks whether the fault is the one we repaired. If it is, the work is done at no charge to you.
If it turns out to be a different fault, we tell you before touching anything and quote it like any other repair — you are free to decline. We do not convert a warranty visit into a paid job without saying so first.
A replacement fitted under warranty starts its own 90 days from the date of that second visit. A part that fails twice usually means something else in the machine is destroying it, so on the second visit we look for that cause rather than simply fitting a third one.
Some parts carry a manufacturer warranty longer than 90 days. Where that applies, you get the longer of the two — we will tell you at the time and handle the claim with the supplier on your behalf.
If your appliance is still inside the manufacturer’s own warranty, tell us before booking. Some manufacturers require their authorised agent to carry out the work, and a repair by anyone else can end that coverage. We would rather point you there than cost you a warranty.
The warranty follows the appliance at the address where we did the work. If you sell the home and leave the machine behind, pass the invoice to the new owner and we will honour the remaining days. If the appliance is moved to another address, or moved by someone else, we cannot cover faults caused by that move.
This warranty is given in addition to your rights under New Brunswick consumer protection legislation, not instead of them. Nothing here reduces those rights.
