LG · Moncton, NB
Fridge humming away but nothing is cold? Washer stuck on LE? Dryer refusing to start and showing D90? Those are the LG faults that fill our week in Moncton, and we clear most of them without a second trip.
All five are fixed where the appliance stands, most without ordering anything in.
What we fix
Six categories, every one of them repaired where it stands. LG puts a two-letter code on almost every fault, so if there is something on the display when you ring, read it out — it usually settles which part travels with the technician.
InstaView, Craft Ice and plain French-door alike. A compressor that runs without cooling, a frosted ice room that has stopped dropping cubes, or a fan that quit on one side only.
Book this repairFront-load WM machines, top-loaders and the stacked WashTower. LE on the display, a door that will not unlock on dE, or a spin the drum abandons every time with UE.
Book this repairElectric DLEX and gas DLGX. A D90 that shuts the machine down mid-load, a tE1 thermistor fault, or clothes coming out warm and still damp after two full cycles.
Book this repairTop-control LDT and LDF models. AE when the float finds water underneath, OE when it will not empty, and nE when the motor that swings the spray arms has given up.
Book this repairSealed gas burners, radiant tops and induction. A burner that sparks without ever lighting, one element left cold while the rest work, or an F3 where the touch panel has a key stuck down.
Book this repairProBake Convection included, where the element is at the rear instead of the floor. F9, a cavity that never reaches the dial, or a convection fan that has stopped moving the heat around.
Book this repairBlank display and no code at all? Describe the noise, the smell or the last thing it did before it stopped, and we will work backwards from there.

Straight off the job sheet: the code that came up, what was really behind it, and how the call ended. One of them ended with us sending the owner back to LG instead, and the note says why.
LE
Motor error
LG WM front-load washer
Cause
Hall sensor on the direct-drive rotor reading intermittently, so the drum stalled part-way into every spin.
Fixed
Sensor replaced, rotor bolt torqued to spec, two full spin cycles run to confirm. 50 minutes on site.
West End August Same visit
Not cooling
Compressor running, no cold
LG LFXS French-door fridge
Cause
Linear compressor turning and drawing normal current, but building no pressure at all. Confirmed on gauges.
Fixed
Written up as a sealed-system failure so the owner could put it to LG under the ten-year compressor warranty.
North End August Referred to warranty
D90
Duct 90% blocked
LG DLEX electric dryer
Cause
Vent run packed with lint where it turns inside the wall. The dryer had already shut itself down.
Fixed
Duct cleared from drum to outside hood, airflow re-measured, code cleared and a full cycle run. 55 minutes.
Downtown August Same visit
AE
Leak detected
LG LDT dishwasher
Cause
Hand dish soap in the detergent cup. The suds overflowed the tub and tripped the float in the base.
Fixed
Tub flushed out, float freed and reset, then a clean cycle run with the right detergent. No parts needed.
Magnetic Hill July Same visit
F9
Oven never reaches temperature
LG LSE slide-in range
Cause
Convection fan seized on a ProBake model, so heat pooled at the rear element and the sensor cut the circuit.
Fixed
Fan motor replaced, element and sensor both tested, oven brought to 350°F and held for twenty minutes.
Lewisville July Same visit
No ice
Craft Ice stopped producing
LG LRFVS French-door fridge
Cause
Ice room iced over behind the panel, so the round-ice mould never got cold enough to release a batch.
Fixed
Compartment thawed, ice-room fan replaced, both makers run through a full cycle before we left.
Sunny Brae July Same visit

That dotted outline is Moncton’s own municipal boundary, not a radius we drew around ourselves on a whim. Everything inside it counts, with Magnetic Hill at one end of the drive and Lewisville at the other.
LG turns up everywhere here. A WashTower in a Highfield basement, a French-door fridge in Elmwood, a ProBake range in a downtown apartment, a dishwasher on a Mountain Road cul-de-sac. Parkton, the West End, Sunny Brae and the North End sit on the same daily round.
Unsure whether your street counts as Moncton or one of the communities next door? Read out the address when you ring and we will settle it before anything gets booked.
