Dishwasher showing E15 and refusing to take any water? No red light on the floor to tell you it is running? Dryer finishing a full cycle with the load still damp? Those are the Bosch calls that come in week after week here.
Bosch is built into the cabinets, so all five are done right where the machine sits.
What comes through the door
Bosch numbers its faults tidily, which makes our job easier. Have the E-code and the series to hand when you ring — between the two, the part is usually decided before anyone leaves the shop.
SHP, SHX and SHE tubs, 100 Series through Benchmark. E15 locking out the fill, E22 or E24 leaving water in the bottom, or an 800 Series that has stopped drying because the zeolite side is not working.
Book this repairThe 24-inch WAT machines that live stacked in a closet. E18 when a hairgrip or an underwire gets past the coin trap, E27 when the interlock stops confirming the door, or a drawer that leaks.
Book this repairCondenser dryers with no outside vent at all. When one runs for two hours and dries nothing, it is the condenser block clogging up or lint film on the moisture sensors telling the board a lie.
Book this repairCounter-depth and French-door cabinets. An ice maker that fills but never drops a batch, a fill tube frozen above the mould, or a VitaFresh drawer whose humidity control has stopped holding.
Book this repairInduction, gas and radiant tops. One zone that no longer powers up while the rest are fine, a burner that will not stay lit once you let go of the knob, or a slab of touch controls gone dead.
Book this repairSingle and double wall ovens built into a column. A bake element gone open circuit, a convection fan that no longer spins, a latch stuck after a clean cycle, or a cavity drifting off the dial.
Book this repairNo code on the panel, just a machine that stopped? Tell us what it did last and roughly how old it is, and that narrows it down more than you would think.

Copied from the job sheet with the addresses left off: what the panel said, what was actually wrong underneath it, and what we did. On one of these the useful part was teaching, not fixing.
E15
AquaStop tripped
Bosch SHP 800 Series dishwasher
Cause
Sump seal weeping into the base pan. The float had latched, so the machine would not draw water at all.
Fixed
Seal renewed, base pan dried out, float reset, then two cycles run to be sure nothing came back.
Highfield August Same visit
E18
Drain pump stalled
Bosch WAT 24-inch washer
Cause
An underwire had slipped past the coin trap and wedged itself across the pump impeller.
Fixed
Wire removed, impeller checked for damage, trap cleaned out and a drain cycle timed. 40 minutes on site.
Elmwood August Same visit
Still wet
Dishes not drying
Bosch SHX Benchmark dishwasher
Cause
Zeolite drying was doing nothing because the fan that pushes air through the cartridge had stopped.
Fixed
Fan assembly replaced. Ran a full load of glassware and left the door shut to check they came out dry.
Parkton August Part next day
Two hours
Cycle long, load still damp
Bosch WTG condenser dryer
Cause
Condenser block packed with lint film, and the same film on the moisture sensors was reading the load as wet.
Fixed
Condenser pulled and rinsed, sensors cleaned, and we showed the owner how to do both in ten minutes next time.
West End July Same visit
No ice
Fills but never drops
Bosch B36CT counter-depth fridge
Cause
Mould heater open circuit, so a finished tray of ice never released and the cycle stalled there.
Fixed
Heater replaced, harvest cycle forced twice by hand, bin filling normally before we left.
Mountain Road July Same visit
No heat
Bake element dead
Bosch HBL wall oven
Cause
Bake element open circuit, split at the bend near the rear wall. Broil element and controls both fine.
Fixed
Element replaced, cavity brought up to 375°F and held while we checked it against our own probe.
Downtown July Same visit
Same code on your panel? Say so while we are booking you in, and the part that usually sits behind it comes along for the ride.

Almost everything Bosch makes is built into something. A dishwasher screwed to the underside of a countertop, a wall oven bolted into a column, a slim washer stacked in a hall closet. None of that comes out easily, so the repair happens in your kitchen. Everywhere inside the dotted line below is a kitchen we drive to.
Older Elmwood and Parkton houses tend to have the dishwasher wedged in tight beside a sink cabinet. Newer builds off Mountain Road and up in the North End usually give us room to slide it forward. Highfield, the West End, Downtown, Lewisville, Sunny Brae and Magnetic Hill are all the same trip either way.
