In-home repairs
All six are done in your kitchen or laundry room, not carted off to a shop. Parts for the common failures ride on the van, so most calls end with the appliance working again.
A warm fridge, ice building up at the back, a puddle under the drawers, or an ice maker that quietly stopped. We carry compressor relays, thermostats, defrost timers and door gaskets.
Book a fridge repairWater left sitting in the drum, a cycle that never finishes, a door that will not unlock, or a spin loud enough to hear through the floor. Usually the pump, the lock or the bearings.
Book a washer repairClothes still damp after a full cycle, a drum that turns but never warms, or a dryer that cuts out partway. We check the element, the thermal fuse and the vent run first.
Book a dryer repairA film left on glasses, water standing in the bottom when the cycle ends, a leak that turns up on the kitchen floor, or a flashing code. Drain pump, spray arm or door seal.
Book a dishwasher repairOne element that never gets hot, a gas burner that clicks and clicks, or a glass top where only half the rings respond. Elements, infinite switches and igniters.

Recent work
Dryer was taking three goes to dry one load. Turned out the vent behind it was packed solid, not the machine at all. He cleared it, replaced the thermal fuse and showed me what came out. Charged for the part and the visit, nothing else.
Our wall oven stopped holding temperature two days before we were hosting. They came the next morning, replaced the sensor, then stayed to check it actually held 350 before packing up. Boots off at the door without being asked.
Two burners on the glass cooktop went dead. He was straight with me that the part had to be ordered and gave me an actual date instead of “we will be in touch”. Came back the day he said. That alone put them ahead of the last place we used.

The city is small enough that a van can cross it in twenty minutes and big enough that knowing the streets saves an hour. We run the whole of Moncton, so wherever you are, the answer to “do you come out here?” is yes.
Magnetic Hill, Berry Mills, North End and Elmwood. The newer subdivisions out here run on full-size laundry pairs and big French-door fridges, which is most of what we carry.
Lewisville and Sunny Brae. A lot of these homes still have the appliances that came with them, so we see more worn belts, bearings and elements than blown control boards.
Downtown, Highfield, Mountain Road and Bessborough. Older buildings and tight basement stairs, so we bring the machine out rather than working in a corner where it sits.
West End and Parkton. Plenty of duplexes and rentals here, so we are used to booking around a tenant’s schedule and billing the owner afterwards.
